Just digging around on an old hard drive and found this from a brief spell experimenting with glitching images by opening them in plain text editors, screwing with the code, saving, then opening again in an image viewer. The top is a glitched version of the bottom photograph, taken somewhere in New York in 2006 (I think).
nice technique::nice effect

Dropbox understands what to do when something goes wrong…
i like dropbox’s approach to design. it feels simple and friendly - exactly how you want your files to feel.

CSSDesk is another beautiful web app by Pixelmatrix Design aka Josh Pyles. Josh says to use this when you want to try out some code but you don’t want to fire up a text editor. Might be handy in a pinch, or for beginners.
Read more about CSSDesk on Josh’s weblog.
i would fall in teh beginners category. but this is a great web app!
